Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Reanna Marie Boutique only offers store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.
  • If you need to return an item please email us at reannafisher@reannamarieboutique.com. We will give you instructions on where you need to send your returned items. If the item is defective please email us right away, so we can address your concern and send us images of defective item. 
Return Policy:
  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift card 
  • We must receive your return within 10 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Reanna Marie Boutique must receive the returned items within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. The 10 days starts from the day the order was received/delivered to the customer. 
  • Items that pass the 10 day return period, will be rejected. You will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Sale items are final and will not be exchanged or returned.
  • If items are sent back for a return, customers are responsible for the return postage fees.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be put into another mailer or box to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $10-$30 restocking fee based on the price of shoes.

Qualifying Returns
 unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, make up stains and tanning solutions, free of perfume, body odor and cigarette odor, free of rips, stains or holes, with all tags attached. Within the 10 day period and any items that are not listed in our final sale section/non-returnable.
Please include your package slip in the return. 

How You Will Receive Your Store Credit:

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return.

 

Returns Past the 10 day period:

We will NOT accept returned items past the 10 day return period. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a shipping charge to have the items sent back. Items will be donated within 5 days if we do not hear back.

Return Postal Fees:

  • We do not provide/offer return labels.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage fees.

 

Final Sale Items: The following items are non-returnable. (No returns/exchanges)

  • All accessories
  • All hats/caps
  • All jewelry
  • All purses
  • All wallets
  • All upcycled/re-purposed Louis Vuitton items
  • All Upcycled vintage/retro denim
  • All bodysuits
  • All intimates
  • All sale items
If you return a non-returnable item, you will NOT be issued store credit. No exceptions. If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. 


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift Card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. We make no promises that the item you are wanting to exchange will still be in stock. We do NOT hold items. We do NOT refund shipping expenses.

Defective Items: 

All defective items must be reported right away (within 2 days of receiving). Please email us right away at reannafisher@reannamarieboutique.com so we can address your concern. You must send pictures of the defective items in the email. Items that have been washed, worn, tags taken off cannot and will NOT be accepted for store credit. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

When you place an order with Reanna Marie Boutique, please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. We do NOT and will NOT make exceptions to this policy. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping/Addresses:

Please make sure you listed the correct address when filling out the shipping information. Once we receive the information and print our labels, we cannot and will not change the packaging label information. It will be shipped to the address that was provided/listed. 

Giveaways:

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges with any items won in a giveaway.
